The Eugene Celebration has been part of our community culture since 1982. The first Celebration was staged to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Hult Center for the Performing Arts and to otherwise celebrate all that makes Eugene a wonderful place to live. Over the last 26 years, the Celebration has grown to be the Southern Willamette Valley's largest annual community festival, entertaining more than 50,000 patrons over a three-day period.
The benefits of sponsoring the Celebration are many. Benefits vary, depending on the level of commitment, but can include complementary participation within the Parade, Marketplace, or Community Causeway; prominent logo placement on Eugene Celebration material, radio, web, and television advertisements, banner placement at the event; and weekend passes. Sponsors can choose to support a specific aspect of the Celebration such as the Kidzone, the Community Causeway, or one of the many stages; or sponsors can support the general production of the Celebration.
Anchored by performing stages located throughout Downtown Eugene, this multi-cultural family festival seamlessly connects a wide range of programs, venues, and community organizations that offer something for everyone. Additionally, if offers an opportunity for businesses to interact with the community in a positive way, show their support, and reach their target audience. It provides entertainment for all ages, invigorates the imagination, nurtures the creative spirit, and strengthens our community. Furthermore, it offers exposure to the cultural arts to all.
