Please mark your availability, (most shifts will be four hours). Please note that volunteer positions are filled on an "as needed" basis. It is possible that we may not have positions for all interested individuals. (Hold -CTRL- to select more than one in each box)

Volunteer Benefits

- Each volunteer is entitled to one admission wristband.
- Volunteers who work two or more shifts will be given a free Eugene Celebration Volunteer t-shirt.

Volunteer Positions

Admissions:
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Gate Workers- Assigned as needed at check-in as:
- Greeters
- Wrist-banders

Clean-Up:
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Food Court
- Recycling Crew (this can be a messy job!)

Celebration Central (people skills a must!)
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Souvenir sales / event information
- Volunteer check-in

Kid Zone:
- Saturday and Sunday only
- Assist with crafts and games

Where Needed:
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Assigned where most needed

Parade:
- Saturday morning (early)
- Pace-setters
- Pedestrian Monitors (marshals)
- Parade-staging Crew (gives directions)
- Parade traffic control

Pet Parade:
- Sunday afternoon
- Water Providers
- Pooper Scoopers
- Registration Marshal

Release Agreement:

I herby waive any right or cause of action arising as a result of my participation in the Eugene Celebration, from which any liability may or could accrue against the Eugene Celebration, Downtown Events Management Inc., and/or Kesey Enterprises, Inc., or their officers, volunteers, agents, employees or assigns, collectively or individually. I also agree that this waiver shall include any rights or causes of action resulting from personal injury to me or damage to my property sustained in connection with my activities for the Eugene Celebration. My signature to this volunteer liability release evidences my intent to hold the parties listed above harmless and to release them from all liability.

By signing this waiver I agree to the terms and conditions as stated on this form. My signature, whether original, by fax or any other electronic means, is valid as if it were an original signature.
